About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in US IT Staffing and Staff Augmentation Services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in client acquisition, vendor management, lead generation, consultant marketing, and revenue growth initiatives. The candidate will play a key role in expanding business opportunities and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Acquire and manage Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, and Tier-1 Vendors.
Market IT consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, H4 EAD) to clients and vendors.
Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships.
Negotiate rates and contracts to drive revenue growth.
Coordinate with recruitment teams for submissions, interviews, and closures.
Manage sales pipeline, lead tracking, and CRM activities.
