· Receive approved PO and drawings from Purchase
· Prepare production plan, job sequencing, and machine allocation
· Issue job cards and setup instructions to Machinists via Shop Floor In-charge
· Track production progress and report delays to management
· Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance for smooth workflow
· Manage daily production operations and job distribution
· Ensure availability of raw materials, consumables, and tools
· Monitor machine utilization and worker productivity
· Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on the shop floor
· Handle inward and outward movement of materials and finished goods
· Maintain proper record keeping for production, material movement, and inventory
· Record job completion, material movement, and manpower data

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
