Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages with a polite and welcoming attitude.
- Food & Drink Preparation: Prepare hot and cold drinks (including coffee or tea) and handle basic food assembly, cooking, or baking tasks as per the menu.
- Cash & POS Operation: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) terminal, process cash and digital payments, and balance the register.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Clear and wipe down tables, wash dishes and utensils, and maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining area.
- Stock & Inventory: Restock display fridges, monitor ingredient levels, and inform management of low stock.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Previous hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred but often trained on the job.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, multitasking ability, and a friendly, energetic demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to cover opening, closing, weekend, or shift duties as needed.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
