About mittoX
mittoX is an AI-powered cross-border mobility platform helping Indians move abroad for work, study, permanent residency, and travel. Our consulting arm V-Visas has 200+ B2B partners and has handled visa cases across Germany, Australia, UK, UAE, and beyond. We run on AI - our internal AI companion RAJU handles client qualification and communication on WhatsApp. We are a small, fast-moving team building in public and we need sharp, hungry people to help us tell that story.
What You Will Do
- Film, edit, and publish Instagram Reels and short-form videos - product explainers, founder stories, visa tips, AI in action, startup behind-the-scenes
- Own the weekly content calendar from idea to published post
- Use AI tools (Claude, Canva AI, CapCut) as part of your daily workflow - we will show you exactly how we use them and you will run with it
- Write scripts, hooks, and captions for every piece of content
- Track views, reach, engagement, and follower growth weekly and present what is working and what is not
- Work directly with the Founder to build his personal brand as a Chief AI Officer building a startup in public
- Bring your own ideas - if you see a trend or an angle we are missing, say it
What We Are Looking For
Required:
- Prior experience in content creation - either building your own brand or helping someone else build theirs. Show us the work, not just the claim.
- Hands-on video editing experience with a strong focus on motion graphics. We are not looking for basic cuts - we want someone who knows how to make a video feel alive.
- Comfortable on tools like CapCut, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent
- Someone who genuinely cares about the output number - views, engagement, growth - not just the process
- Clear communicator in English, spoken and written
- Immediate joiner. We are not waiting weeks to onboard.
Good to have:
- Interest in immigration, global careers, AI, or startups
- Experience managing an Instagram or YouTube channel (personal counts)
- Any exposure to personal branding for founders or professionals

What This Is Not
This is not a remote role. You come to Indiranagar, Bengaluru and you work with the team in person. This is not a structured corporate internship with weekly HR check-ins. It is a startup - things move fast, priorities shift, and we expect you to keep up. If you need heavy supervision or a detailed brief for every task, this is not the right fit.
