Roles and Responsibilties:
- Create innovative design concepts, layouts, and space plans.
- Develop mood boards, sketches, and renderings to communicate design vision.
- Meet with clients to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Present designs and address feedback promptly.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and collaborate with the 3D team for realistic renders.
- Deliver presentations, mock-ups, and material boards for client approval.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation and resolve on-site challenges.
- Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and execution teams for smooth delivery.
- Stay updated with latest trends, materials, and technologies.
- Integrate new ideas into projects to enhance design quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Support the Design Manager in ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in residential interiors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools.
- Strong conceptualization and visualization skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of space planning, materials, furniture layouts, and finishes.
- Familiarity with building codes, industry standards, and execution processes.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design creativity and technical expertise.Detail-oriented, client-centric, and proactive in problem-solving.
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
