- Manage and supervise night shift operations smoothly.
- Allocate work and monitor team performance.
- Ensure daily targets, quality, and safety standards are achieved.
- Maintain employee discipline, attendance, and shift coordination.
- Handle shift-related issues and report to management.
- Prepare shift reports and ensure proper handover.
- Ensure compliance with company rules, and safety guidelines.
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred
