Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth for our digital agency. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, content strategy, analytics, and team leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and create campaigns to attract qualified leads.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Digital Marketing
- Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Content & Brand Management
- Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and creative teams.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Develop lead generation programs to support business development efforts.
- Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Manage marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM dashboards.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data.
- Monitor marketing KPIs including CPL, CAC, ROAS, website traffic, and conversion rates.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor marketing team members.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Manage marketing budgets and agency resources effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads, or related platforms.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
