Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiating calls to potential customers (cold calling) or answering incoming calls to address customer needs.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Pitching products/services, scheduling meetings for field staff, and converting leads into sales.
- Database Management: Recording details of conversations, updating client contact information, and maintaining accurate records.
- Query Resolution: Addressing customer queries, complaints, and providing solutions.
- Performance : Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales and key performance indicators.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
