Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with prospective students over the phone

Ability to clearly and persuasively explain training programs, benefits, and offerings

Build and maintain positive relationships with students, addressing queries and concerns

Engage with students through calls, including cold calling, to share program details

Guide students in making informed decisions regarding courses and career paths

Conduct regular follow-ups to support the application and admission process

Maintain and track leads through CRM tools effectively

Basic knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) for outreach

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage follow-ups and track progress

Collaborate with internal and marketing teams to improve engagement and conversions

Self-motivated and eager to work in a target-driven environment
