Hiring: Key Account Manager – Hospitality (B2B Sales)
We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our growing team in Bangalore.
About the Role:
This role focuses on managing and growing relationships with key clients in the hospitality sector, including hotel chains, resorts, and F&B groups. The candidate will drive revenue growth, handle large accounts, and ensure smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts
- Identify opportunities for business growth, upselling, and repeat orders
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Handle proposals, pricing discussions, and negotiations
- Track market trends and identify new opportunities within the hospitality segment
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management
- Prior exposure to hospitality, hotel procurement, or project-based sales is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage large accounts and drive revenue targets
