Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer with 4–7 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing robust test automation frameworks for mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Appium, Python, and Pytest, along with a solid understanding of mobile automation testing best practices.
Required Skill Set
- Strong experience in Appium
- Proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with Pytest framework
- Experience with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development)
- Good understanding of mobile test automation frameworks and best practices
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks for mobile applications (Android and/or iOS)
- Build and execute automated test scripts using Appium
- Work with Python and Pytest for test automation development
- Implement BDD-based test automation practices
- Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure product quality
- Perform test execution, defect tracking, reporting, and debugging
- Continuously improve automation coverage, efficiency, and framework stability
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies in day-to-day project execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of mobile application testing concepts and test strategies
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and automation pipeline integration
- Experience in defect management and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced automation-driven environment
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 per year
