Jerry's Print Shop is hiring a hands-on Supervisor to run our signage, fabrication, and branding production floor. You'll lead a team, manage job schedules, and oversee quality on everything from dimensional signs to vehicle wraps and branded displays.
You'll:
- Supervise and train fabricators, installers and print operators
- Assign jobs and keep production on schedule
- Oversee use of CNC routers, laser cutters, large-format printers and vinyl cutters
- Read design files/work orders and ensure accurate execution
- Manage materials inventory and vendor orders
- Enforce safety and quality standards
You have:
- 5+ years in experience.
- Knowledge of acrylic, PVC, aluminum, vinyl, and similar materials
- Ability to read technical drawings/proofs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
