Experience Required
Minimum 1–5 years active High Court practice
Must have independent appearance experience (not only junior briefing)
CTC UPTO ; 6 Lacs
Preferred Courts
- Experience before constitutional benches, writ courts, PIL matters
Core Work Profile
- Drafting & arguing Writ Petitions
- Constitutional challenges (Election law, administrative law, public interest issues)
- Representation in public cause / governance / electoral / civil rights matters
- Drafting legal opinions, representations, rejoinders, and pleadings
- Advising on legal-safe advocacy strategy (important)
Mandatory Skills
- Strong drafting in English
- Confident oral arguments
- Knowledge of:
- Constitution of India
- Election laws & Representation of People Act
- Administrative & Public Law
- Ability to handle sensitive political/public matters with legal discipline
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
