About the Role
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention content for social media, digital advertising, podcasts, and brand campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, and social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging ad creatives, promotional videos, podcasts, and brand content.
- Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, animations, and visual effects where required.
- Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and final rendering.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to produce high-performing content.
- Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles, and platform requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention techniques.
- Experience editing social media reels, advertisements, and marketing videos.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of sound design and color grading.
- Understanding of digital marketing and performance-driven content.
- Experience working in an agency environment is an added advantage.
Qualification
- Any degree or certification in Multimedia, Video Editing, Animation, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Candidates with strong portfolios/showreels will be preferred.
