Role & Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Salesforce and other tech contract roles on a C2C basis
* Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, vendor networks, and internal databases
* Screen resumes and conduct initial technical & behavioral interviews
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
* Negotiate pay rates and ensure smooth onboarding of consultants
* Build and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners and vendor companies
* Ensure compliance with C2C hiring processes and documentation
* Track and manage recruitment activities using ATS or internal tools
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
