Minimum Qualification : Graduate
Experience : 3 – 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance Department
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. NABH Compliance & Accreditation
Ensure strict adherence to NABH 5th Edition standards across all departments.
Coordinate and conduct gap analysis, and prepare documentation for pre-assessment and final assessments.
Lead the internal audit program, including audit scheduling, team formation, training, and documentation.
Conduct mock drills, training, and readiness assessments for NABH.
Assist in the development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and manuals.
2. Quality Monitoring & Improvement
Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Clinical Quality Indicators (CQIs), and Patient Safety Indicators (PSIs).
Maintain records of non-conformities, incident reports, and corrective/preventive action reports (CAPA).
Implement quality improvement projects (QIPs) in collaboration with clinical and non-clinical teams.
3. Training & Awareness
Organize regular staff training sessions on NABH, infection control, patient safety, biomedical waste, documentation, and emergency codes.
Maintain training calendars, attendance, feedback, and competency records.
Sensitize department heads and nursing staff on audit findings and improvement plans.
4. Documentation & Records
Maintain a central repository of all quality documents, manuals, SOPs, and audit reports.
Ensure version control, periodic review, and archiving of quality documents.
Prepare monthly and quarterly quality reports for management and governing body meetings.
5. Coordination & Communication
Act as the nodal officer for all NABH-related inspections and correspondence.
Coordinate with external consultants, NABH assessors, and statutory bodies when required.
Actively participate in Hospital Infection Control Committee (HICC), Quality Steering Committee (QSC), and Safety Committee meetings.
Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
