We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Banquet Sales Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating banquet business, handling client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through corporate events, weddings, social gatherings, and other functions. Key Responsibilities: Generate banquet and event sales through corporate and social clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with event planners, corporate clients, and wedding organizers. Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential clients. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for events. Coordinate with operations and banquet teams to ensure successful event execution. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and market trends. Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and client interactions. Requirements: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Banquet Sales, Hotel Sales, or Event Sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Knowledge of banquet operations and event management. Target-oriented and self-motivated professional. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
