Job Summary
ICA Gandhinagar is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide students about our professional accounting, taxation, GST, Tally, SAP, and job-oriented courses. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, raw data calling, follow-ups, student counselling, and converting enquiries into admissions.
The role also includes inviting students for centre visits and explaining career opportunities and course benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in, phone call, and online student enquiries
- Raw data calling and lead generation
- Convince students to visit the centre for counselling
- Conduct student and parent counselling sessions
- Explain course details, fees structure, and placement opportunities
- Regular follow-up with interested students
- Convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain admission and enquiry records
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with marketing and academic team
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Telecalling and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and confident personality
- Target-oriented working ability
- Good counselling and student handling skills
Qualification
- Any Graduate
- Minumum 1 Year Experiance in sales
- Experience in counselling, telecalling, sales, or education sector preferred
