- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible professional to join our team as an Account Executive. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, supporting statutory compliance, managing GST-related activities, preparing financial reports, and assisting with day-to-day accounting operations. The idealcandidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial records and deadlines efficiently.The Account Executive will work closely with management and internal teams to ensure timely financial reporting, proper documentation, reconciliation of accounts, compliance with applicable tax requirements, and smooth financial operations across the organization.
Responsibilities as an Account Executive
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure books are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with TDS and other applicable statutory compliance activities and maintain supporting records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts, including day-to-day accounting entries and supporting
- documentation.
- Handle GST-related activities, including preparation and filing of applicable GST returns within statutory timelines.processing.
- Manage GST reconciliation, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrections wherever required.
- Prepare and follow up on eligible GST refund claims and maintain all supporting documentation for refund
- Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss statements and support periodic financial reporting.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and provide regular updates to management.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries as required by management.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of accounting documents for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and follow internal financial controls and company policies.
- Support management with accounting analysis, budgeting inputs, expense tracking, and other finance-related
- requirements.
Criteria Required as an Account Executive
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, GST, and financial reporting.
- Practical knowledge of GST return filing, reconciliation, and GST refund processes.
- Ability to prepare and understand Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and trial balances.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial records.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying accounting discrepancies.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and statutory deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain proper documentation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, auditors, and consultants.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
