We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to expand our market presence and build long-term customer relationships.
Position Summary
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets by visiting retailers, distributors, wholesalers, toy stores, educational institutions, and other potential customers within the assigned territory.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Visit retailers, distributors, wholesalers, toy stores, gift shops, bookstores, and institutional customers regularly.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Promote Wudly's complete range of wooden toys and educational products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with existing customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide prompt support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collect customer feedback and market requirements.
Market Development
- Identify potential distributors and channel partners.
- Expand dealer network in new markets.
- Monitor competitors' products, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Suggest market expansion opportunities.
Order & Collection Management
- Take orders and coordinate with the dispatch team.
- Follow up on deliveries and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
- Maintain accurate sales records.
Reporting
- Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
- Share daily visit plans and outcomes.
- Maintain CRM/customer database.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Report market intelligence to management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field.
- Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
Experience
- 1–4 years of field sales experience.
- Experience in Toys, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Stationery, Educational Products, Gift Articles, or Retail Sales will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also be considered.
