Role Overview
We are hiring an English & Communication Trainer to prepare students for overseas university admissions and visa interviews. The trainer will also guide students in CV and motivation letter preparation.
(Malayalam proficiency is a plus to better connect with students.)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging sessions to improve speaking, listening & overall English skills.
- Organize mock interviews for university and visa processes.
- Assist with CVs, SOPs & motivation letters.
- Provide personalized feedback and progress tracking.
- Maintain a positive and motivating classroom environment.
Qualifications
- BA/MA in English.
- Strong spoken & written English skills.
- Prior training/IELTS/OET/interview coaching experience preferred.
- Good communication & mentoring skills.
- Malayalam language understanding.
