Role Overview
The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for delivering premium hospitality services to patients and their families, ensuring a warm, comfortable, and supportive environment throughout their hospital stay.
This role focuses on guest experience, comfort, and service excellence, similar to hospitality standards in luxury hotels.
Key Responsibilities1. Patient Welcome & Assistance
- Welcome patients and visitors warmly at the hospital.
- Assist patients with admission and room allocation.
- Escort patients and families to their rooms when required.
2. Patient Comfort & Experience
- Regularly check patient rooms to ensure comfort.
- Coordinate with nursing staff for patient requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper room setup.
3. Guest Relations
- Address patient or family concerns politely.
- Ensure a pleasant and reassuring environment for expecting mothers.
- Provide information about hospital services and facilities.
4. Service Coordination
- Coordinate meals, housekeeping, and other hospitality services.
- Assist in smooth patient discharge and feedback collection.
5. Hospital Ambience & Presentation
- Ensure reception and patient areas maintain premium hospitality standards.
- Maintain personal grooming and professional appearance at all times.
Candidate Profile
Preferred background:
- Hotel Management / Hospitality
- Aviation / Ground Staff
- Front Office Executive
- Customer Service Executive
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle patients and families with empathy
- Basic computer knowledge
Experience
Preferred: 1–3 years experience in hospitality, hotels, or guest services
Freshers from hotel management institutes may also apply.
