Required Education & Experience
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (an MBA is preferred) in fields such as Sales, Marketing, Design Management, or Architecture-related disciplines.1
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B/Project Sales or Architect Engagement roles within the building materials or design sector.
Must-Have Technical & Domain Skills
- B2B Sales: Experience in consultative selling to architects and Project Management Consultants (PMCs), with the ability to handle long-cycle engagements.
- Market Research: In-depth product knowledge (of both Orient Bell and its competitors) and a strong awareness of current/upcoming project landscapes and market movements.
Must-Have Soft Skills
- Persuasiveness: Being a confident and engaging communicator who can align product strengths with project goals.
- Innovative Thinking: The ability to customize engagement strategies for different types of architects and leverage unique design ideas or tools to build brand recall.
- Learner Mindset: Demonstrating curiosity and initiative to stay updated on design trends, product innovations, and emerging architectural practices.
Good-to-Have (Preferred) Skills
- Experience working in allied design-oriented categories such as ceramic tiles, sanitaryware, plywood, or laminates.
- Familiarity with digital design tools or product visualization platforms.
- Exposure to architectural product presentations or Continuing Professional Development (CPD) formats.
- Proficiency in the local language for effective regional engagement.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹105,000.00 per month
