Abija Exports is looking for a dynamic, high-performing Senior Sales Executive to spearhead our commercial growth and distribution network across South India, covering Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Expansion: Drive primary and secondary sales to consistently meet and exceed regional targets across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka.
- Distributor Management: Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, stockists, dealers, and retail networks across key markets.
- B2B Client Acquisition: Prospect and secure high-volume corporate, institutional, and B2B accounts.
- Market Mapping: Conduct regular ground-level market visits to analyze competitor pricing, market trends, customer requirements, and retail coverage.
- Operations & Recovery: Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams for timely order processing, dispatch, delivery, and payment collections.
- Reporting: Prepare periodic sales forecasts, pipeline updates, market reports, and territory performance reports.
- Business Development: Identify new markets, distributors, dealers, and business opportunities to expand the company's presence.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Any Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field preferred).
- 6+ years of field sales experience, preferably in exports, B2B, distribution, textile/apparel, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of managing multi-state or multi-district territories.
- Strong distributor, dealer, wholesaler, and retailer network development experience.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to undertake extensive travel across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka.
