Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a 50MW Data Centre project, with potential for future capacity expansion.
This is a senior leadership position focused on project execution during the critical fitting-out / white space stage. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery, MEP coordination, programme, cost, quality, risk, testing & commissioning, and stakeholder relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data centre, mission-critical, MEP, or large-scale infrastructure projects, with proven experience leading complex projects from execution through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale data centre and mission-critical projects.
- Oversee project execution across Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines.
- Ensure project delivery is aligned with client requirements, specifications, programme, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage key stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Drive programme, cost, risk, quality, and resource management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical and strategic leadership during testing & commissioning activities.
- Develop and implement effective project delivery and execution strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and delays, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, governance requirements, health & safety standards, and project procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams working on-site.
- Support commercial and operational decision-making to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate with multiple project disciplines to ensure smooth integration and timely handover.
- Maintain strong communication and reporting with senior management and project stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within MEP, data centre, mission-critical, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering data centre or major infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience with MEP systems and project execution.
- Solid understanding of the testing & commissioning lifecycle.
- Experience working on new-build projects, preferably with significant exposure to the fit-out / white space stage.
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Asia Pacific project experience will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of project programme, cost, risk, quality, and commercial management.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Equivalent engineering qualifications with relevant project experience may also be considered.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per month
