Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their design requirements, lifestyle, preferences, and budget.
- Develop innovative interior design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and space planning solutions.
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and detailed design documentation.
- Create 3D models and realistic renderings using industry-standard software.
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Visit project sites for measurements, progress reviews, and quality inspections.
- Assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project estimates.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines while maintaining design quality.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of space planning, furniture layouts, materials, and detailing.
- Strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial interior design.
Preferred Candidate
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
