Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy Social Media Intern who lives and breathes social media trends. If you know how to capture an audience's attention, write compelling captions, and understand what makes content go viral, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the brand’s presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Brainstorm, plan, and create monthly content calendars.
- Write highly engaging hooks, captions, and script outlines for social posts.
- Actively track viral trends, audio tracks, and formats to implement them quickly.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, mentions, and direct messages.
- Monitor basic analytics (reach, engagement) to evaluate campaign success.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms.
- Creative mindset with excellent written English and storytelling skills.
- Basic design knowledge (Canva/Photoshop) to create quick layouts or graphics is a big plus.
- Must be comfortable being on camera occasionally if required for brand reels.
- Available for full-time, on-site work in Indore
