Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Company
We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency helping businesses grow through Branding, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Website Development, and Creative Solutions. We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email marketing, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and client servicing teams for smooth project onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience in selling Digital Marketing services is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Branding is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
