Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Associate to support lead generation, customer engagement, and sales coordination activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to understand customer requirements, and experience in managing the initial stages of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Engage with prospective customers and understand their requirements
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings/site visits for the sales team
- Share project details and address customer queries effectively
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM/database systems
- Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure lead conversion opportunities are maximized
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Generate reports and provide regular updates on lead status and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Sales Support
- Prior experience in Real Estate will be preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Organized, proactive, and result-oriented approach
