Job Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Configure, calibrate, and prepare production machinery and computer-controlled equipment before starting runs.
- Operation & Monitoring: Monitor machines during production cycles, adjust speed or feed rates, and ensure optimal performance.
- Material Management: Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated or automated machines.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products using measuring tools like micrometres and calipers to ensure they meet engineering specifications.
- Routine Maintenance: Clean and oil machinery daily, replace worn parts, and perform minor troubleshooting to prevent downtime.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to industry safety regulations, company protocols, and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Technical Literacy: Ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and user manuals.
- Precision Tools: Proficiency in using measuring instruments and basic hand tools.
- Problem-Solving: Sharp analytical skills to identify mechanical issues and solve production bottlenecks quickly.
- Teamwork & Stamina: Strong collaboration skills and the physical stamina to stand for extended 8- to 12-hour shifts.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Education: High school / SSC/diploma/ITI certificate/B Com/BA/B Sc.
- Experience: Fresher to 2 yrs experience.
- Age; Upto 30 yrs only.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month
