Position: Management Trainee – Business Growth
Qualifications: BE / MBA / PG (any specialization)
Experience: Freshers only
Employment: Permanent (on-roll)
Working days: 6 days/week
Hiring locations: All 33 districts of Karnataka (3 candidates per district) — Total 99 positions
Compensation
Training (first 3 months): Monthly stipend fixed
After successful training: CTC +variable)
Travel & daily allowances as per company policy
