Medical Representative (MR)

Job Summary:
The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, chemists, and stockists to generate prescriptions and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals as per the daily call plan.
- Promote and explain the features, benefits, and usage of company products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure product availability at chemists and stockists.
- Monitor competitors' products, pricing, and market activities.
- Organize doctor meetings, CMEs, and promotional activities.
- Submit Daily Call Reports (DCRs), tour plans, and expense statements on time.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with management.
- Follow company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Pharm., BBA, B.Com., etc.).
- Freshers or candidates with pharmaceutical sales experience may apply (depending on company requirements).

- Willingness to travel extensively.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily a field-based (onsite) role.
- Frequent travel within the assigned territory.
- Occasional outstation visits and participation in meetings/training programs.
Salary:
- Freshers: Approximately ₹2–4 LPA.
- Experienced MRs: ₹4–8+ LPA, depending on company, performance, and experience.
- Additional benefits may include incentives, travel allowance, mobile allowance, and bonuses.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
