About NoCodeBI
We're building NoCodeBI, a no-code platform that lets people build web apps, dashboards, workflow automations, and browser tests on their own data, with an AI copilot and real-time collaboration built in. It runs as a set of services on a Kubernetes cluster, with databases, an analytics warehouse, message streaming, and self-hosted AI models behind it. You'll own how all of that ships, runs, and stays up.
What you'll work on
- Our Kubernetes setup: deployments, Helm charts, autoscaling, and networking for a multi-service platform.
- CI/CD pipelines that take code from a pull request to production safely and quickly.
- Observability across the stack: metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerts that actually tell you what's wrong.
- Running the data layer in production: our databases, analytics warehouse, cache, and message streaming, including backups, upgrades, and recovery you've actually tested.
- Security and secrets: image scanning, key rotation, access control, and sensible guardrails baked into the pipeline.
- Reliability and on-call: SLOs, runbooks, and calm, blameless reviews when something breaks.
Our stack
- Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and self-managed Linux
- CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, GitOps)
- Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Tempo for observability
- Secrets management, image scanning, and DevSecOps tooling
What we're looking for
- Around 5+ years running production systems, with real Kubernetes experience and not just a toy cluster.
- You're comfortable owning CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability from end to end.
- You can operate stateful services like databases, caches, and streaming, with backup and recovery you've proven works.
- You think about security as you go, not as a step bolted on at the end.
- You stay calm during incidents and write things down, so the next person doesn't hit the same wall.
Nice to have
- Experience operating analytics or OLAP databases and message-streaming systems.
- Self-hosted AI model serving, or GPU workloads.
- Cost and performance tuning across a busy cluster.
- Some backend coding (Go, Java, or Node) so you can meet the engineers where they are.
Level
This one leans senior, since you'll own a lot of ground early on. If you're a strong mid-level engineer ready to step up, we'd still like to talk.
