Though this role description is drafted as if it is part of the GCOO COO Group Process Office, it is for a Lloyds Technology Centre role which will support the Group Process Office team from India, and their line management will remain in Lloyds Technology Centre.
We’re introducing a local team in LTC who will provide services to the Groups UK based RFB (Group Process Office) . This office plays a central role in enabling consistent, governed, and data-driven process management across the organisation !
This role will provide technical support across Business Process Intelligence (BPI) capability, including BPMN modelling standards, process mining, task mining and supporting SaaS tooling platforms.
Working under the direction of the UK team, the role will support the application of process modelling standards and process intelligence capability. The role will help ensure tooling, standards and guardrails are applied consistently and work with Business Units to improve process quality, insight and decision-making.
The LTC colleague(s) will deliver services that support consistent process modelling practices and actionable process insight, enabling improved operational performance and control across the Group.
Working under the direction of the RFB UK Operation , this role involves supporting the delivery of Business Process Intelligence tooling, standards and services across the Group.
The role applies foundational technical capability to BPMN modelling, process mining and SaaS platforms, supporting processes to be modelled correctly and aligned to defined standards and guardrails.
The role works with UK partners to support delivery priorities and contributes to identifying improvement opportunities and supporting capability development.
The role supports the operation and configuration of process intelligence tooling, contributing to platform stability, performance and adoption across the organisation. The role collaborates with Business Units, Platforms and Technology teams to support consistent use of process intelligence practices.
The role supports the application of modelling standards and governance approaches and ensures tooling operates in line with defined guidance. The role contributes to maintaining alignment between modelling standards, tooling configuration and business outcomes.
