About the Role
We are seeking a performance-driven Meta Ads Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. Theideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertisingcampaigns, generating quality leads, and optimizing campaigns to achieve business objectives. Thisrole is ideal for someone who is analytical, creative, and passionate about performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram using Meta AdsManager.
Develop campaign strategies aligned with business goals, including lead generation, conversions,brand awareness, and engagement.
Define target audiences, budgets, placements, and bidding strategies to maximize campaignperformance.
Monitor and optimize campaigns regularly to improve lead quality and return on investment.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, andconversion rates.
Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors to develop high-performingad creatives.
Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve conversion rates. Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising features, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and campaignstructures.
Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.
Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
Basic understanding of Google Analytics and campaign performance analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet performance goals. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
1–2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Advertising.
Experience in lead generation campaigns will be preferred. Digital marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
