- Directly manage shift production according to the given schedule, ensuring timely preventive maintenance.
- Oversee shift-wise production and maintenance activities, maintaining hourly records.
- Accountable for achieving the final production target and handing over to the shipping department.
- Track and manage daily consumables, ensuring a steady supply and accurate data collection.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining efficient production processes and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and address any equipment issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during production.
- Assist in training and guiding other team members on production best practices.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of production activities and performance.
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in a production environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
