Job Summary:
Lead Generation, Marketing & Business closure for Health Insurance. Coordinating between insurance companies and client, completion of related back office activities.
Responsibilities:
- Upto date knowledge on health plans of different insurance companies
- Creating, comparing and finalising insurance quotations.
- Document completion & submission with subsequent policy issuance
- Handle post sales servicing - Endorsements, Renewals & Claims coordination
- Maintenance and timely updating of client & business records.
- Candidate will be trained in other functions and lines of general insurance as well
Desired Skills and Attributes:
- Work experience of minimum 2 year in a customer servicing role
- Knowledge of Microsoft office - Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
- Good in verbal & written english communications
- A highly-motivated, self-starter with an ability to work independently within a team
- A curious individual, willing to learn on the job
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
