We are looking for an expert OCM Faculty to join Dronalay Learning Academy. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching business management and the ability to help students master the "art of writing" theory papers to secure top marks in their 12th Board exams.
Key Responsibilities
- Management Principles: Thoroughly teach the Principles of Management (Henry Fayol & F.W. Taylor) and the Functions of Management (Planning, Organizing, Staffing, etc.).
- Business Awareness: Explain modern business concepts including E-Business, Outsourcing (BPO/KPO), and Social Responsibilities of business.
- Consumer & Marketing: Provide deep insights into Consumer Protection and the Marketing Mix (7Ps).
- Exam Strategy: Train students on how to write "Distinguish Between" and "Justify the following statements" to meet board marking criteria.
- Resource Utilization: Use Previous Years' Questions (2019-2025) to conduct mock drills and time-management workshops.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: M.Com, MBA, or M.A. in a relevant field. B.Ed is preferred.
- Experience: [3-4] years of experience teaching OCM at the Junior College or Coaching level.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to use flowcharts, diagrams, and real-world business examples (like Tata, Reliance, or local Panvel businesses) to make theory interesting.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of English/Marathi (as per board requirements) to help students improve their vocabulary and presentation.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to mentor students for the HSC/CBSE Board project work.
- Experience in conducting "Fast-Track" revision batches.
- Proactive approach in solving student doubts and boosting their confidence.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
