Location: Kolkata
Salary: ₹8 LPA onwards (Based on Experience)
Experience: 8–10 Years (Minimum 5+ years as Project Manager/Deputy Project Manager)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and residential construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial and residential construction projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all phases of project execution.
- Supervise site teams, contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor construction progress and resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Review project schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
- Handle client interactions, vendor negotiations, and project documentation.
- Manage project risks and implement corrective actions when required.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- 8–10 years of total experience in the construction industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager.
- Experience in executing high-rise commercial and residential building projects.
- Prior experience with reputed real estate developers or major construction contractors (such as Ahluwalia or similar organizations) will be preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- High-rise building construction
- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
- Piling works
- Glass façade systems
- RCC and structural works
- Project planning and execution
- Quality control and site management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams effectively.
Desired Skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per year
