Position Overview
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, multitasking, and coordination skills with the ability to handle office administration efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
- Handle reception duties, visitor management, and front-office coordination.
- Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
- Coordinate with staff, vendors, clients, and academic teams.
- Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities.
- Handle attendance records, leave tracking, and basic HR coordination.
- Monitor office supplies, inventory, and petty cash management.
- Assist management in preparing reports, letters, and official documents.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics when required.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Prior experience in administration or office coordination preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Professional attitude and problem-solving ability.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR and office operations preferred.
Pay: ₹8,526.52 - ₹15,000.00 per month
