Job Title: Manager on Duty

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance when required
- Handle customer/patient queries and resolve complaints promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Coordinate with different departments for seamless operations
- Prepare shift reports and update management regularly
- Manage emergency situations effectively
- Ensure proper staffing and shift scheduling
- Maintain discipline and professional work environment
- Support management in achieving operational targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Hospitality / Relevant Field
- 3–5 years of experience in supervisory or managerial role
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts
