What you’ll do:
- Drive business development across India in Life Sciences & Pharma
- Identify, develop, and close new opportunities & partnerships
- Leverage networks to generate leads and convert them into projects
- Engage with CXOs and key decision-makers in pharma/biotech
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies for healthcare solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Represent Thinkhat.AI at industry events and conferences
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record in business development/sales in Life Sciences/Pharma
- Strong existing network within top pharma and biotech companies (global
Indian)
- Experience in selling technology solutions / AI / healthcare platforms
preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Hunter mindset with strong execution capability
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field (MBA preferred)
