Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers for follow-ups, feedback, renewals, service reminders, or product promotions.
Receive and manage inbound customer queries, providing accurate information and timely solutions.
Generate leads for sales or service based on customer interaction and record details in the CRM system.
Update customer records with relevant information and maintain proper call logs.
Promote company products or services, such as annual maintenance contracts, extended warranties, insurance renewals, etc.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns by coordinating with relevant departments.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Share periodic reports on call performance and customer feedback with the supervisor.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
