Job Overview
We are looking for a forward-thinking, highly creative Graphic + Video + AI Designer to join our growing creative team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between traditional digital design and cutting-edge automation. You will be responsible for creating high-impact visual assets, editing engaging video content, and integrating advanced generative AI tools to accelerate workflows and pioneer innovative digital storytelling.
If you have a strong foundation in design, an eye for video pacing, and are actively leveraging AI to push creative boundaries, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design & Branding
Design high-converting visual assets for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), performance marketing ads, websites, and email campaigns.
Maintain visual and brand consistency across all marketing verticals, adapting aesthetic styles for different target audiences.
Create high-quality vector illustrations, typography layouts, infographics, and corporate presentations.
2. Video Editing & Motion Graphics
Conceptualize, storyboard, edit, and deliver highly engaging short-form (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and long-form video content.
Implement transitions, sound design, audio leveling, color grading, and dynamic text overlays/motion graphics.
Turn raw footage, stock assets, and AI-generated clips into seamless, high-retention video stories.
3. AI Workflow Integration
Utilize cutting-edge Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Runway Gen-2, Sora, or ChatGPT/DALL-E) to rapidly prototype and generate unique visual/video elements.
Apply advanced AI techniques like Generative Fill, Expand, and Text-to-Vector to streamline traditional asset creation pipelines.
Stay updated on the latest AI trends, prompts, and platforms to continually optimize production speed and creative limits.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
