Line Chemist:
Location: Cuttack, Odisha
Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Job Summary
The Line Chemist is responsible for monitoring and maintaining product quality during
production in the bottling line. The role involves conducting routine quality checks, ensuring process parameters are within limits, and supporting compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production line parameters such as Brix, pH, and CO2 levels.
- Conduct routine testing of products during processing and filling stages.
- Ensure consistency in taste, carbonation, and product quality.
- Perform in-process quality checks and report deviations immediately.
- Maintain proper records of test results and shift reports.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and hygiene standards.
- Support implementation of HACCP and food safety practices.
- Coordinate with production team for process corrections.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation (CIP) of equipment and pipelines.
- Check filling accuracy, packaging quality, and leak tests.
- Assist in handling non-conforming products and corrective actions.

Educational Qualification
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field
