We are looking for a professional Front Executive to lead front - desk operations, Deliver exceptional guest service, appointments. The role involves welcoming patients, handling enquires, Coordinating appointments, and maintaining records to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilites:
- Greet showroom visitors, determine the nature of their visit, and promptly introduce them to the appropriate service consultant.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and highly professional reception area.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries to respective departments.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle test drives, routine maintenance, or specialized detailing services.
- Handle customer feedback, address basic complaints, and escalate complex issues to management.
- Prepare and process job cards, vehicle service records, and customer files.
- Manage billing, generate invoices, and process payments (Cash, UPI, Credit Cards) where applicable.
- Support general administrative tasks such as typing memos, scanning documents, and tracking office supplies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Any Degree, Diploma
- Experience: 1-2 (Freshers also)
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, a presentable personality, strong problem-solving abilities, and high patience when dealing with customer grievances.
Pay: 12000 - 15000 ( 3000 incentive also)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
