Job Location : Hadapsar, Pune
Key responsibilities
Sales coordination
- Source, price, and deliver products to support the sales team's pipeline
- Take forward positions based on sales forecasts to ensure timely delivery
- Track market pricing and drive sales activity to maximise netbacks
- Target: convert at least 80% of offers into confirmed sales
Project coordination
- Plan and procure materials to ensure projects are completed on time
- Build systems to track spares and consumables, eliminating stock-outs
Supplier & vendor management
- Build and sustain relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners
- Track procurement and logistics costs; identify opportunities to reduce spend
- Evaluate supplier performance against quality, pricing, and delivery benchmarks
- Resolve order delays, shipment discrepancies, and quality issues promptly
- Implement an e-procurement system to automate high-volume purchasing
Inventory & stock management
- Monitor input stock levels, forecast demand, and plan purchases to prevent stockouts or overstocking
- Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipments
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to store chemicals in line with safety regulations
Compliance, safety & sustainability
- Ensure all activities comply with UAE import/export rules and hazardous materials handling standards
- Maintain complete documentation: purchase orders, customs papers, MSDS, and regulatory certificates
- Confirm that transport, storage, and handling of chemicals meet local and international safety standards
Cost control & reporting
- Keep SAP updated weekly to ensure clean documentation and audit trails
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing activity, inventory levels, logistics, and cost analysis
- Identify operational trends and recommend process improvements to management
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
