Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our IT Recruitment and Staffing team.
The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing business opportunities, and expanding our IT staffing and recruitment services across India and the USA markets.
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management, preferably within the IT Recruitment, Staffing, or IT Services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for IT Recruitment and Staffing services in India and the USA.
- Identify and connect with hiring managers, HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and decision-makers.
- Prospect clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of potential clients.
- Schedule client meetings and understand hiring requirements, staffing needs, and workforce challenges.
- Present the company's IT recruitment, contract staffing, permanent hiring, and talent acquisition solutions.
- Prepare and submit proposals, service agreements, rate cards, and business presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Client Acquisition.
- Prior experience in IT Recruitment, IT Staffing, Executive Search, or IT Services sales is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing business models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with USA and/or Indian clients.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling IT Contract Staffing, Permanent Staffing, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), or Talent Acquisition solutions.
- Knowledge of USA staffing processes, hiring practices, and workforce requirements.
- Existing network of HR, Talent Acquisition, or hiring managers is an added advantage.
Key Performance Indicators
- New client acquisition.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
