Job Description – Pediatrician (24-Hour Duty)
Hospital: Currae Hospital, Thane
Position: Pediatrician (24-hour on-duty)
Type: Duty-based (2 duties per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care during the assigned 24-hour duty.
- Attend to inpatient, NICU, emergency, and OPD pediatric cases as needed.
- Manage pediatric admissions, rounds, and discharge summaries.
- Respond promptly to pediatric emergencies and support the NICU team.
- Coordinate with consultant pediatricians and nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain proper medical documentation and patient records.
- Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- MBBS with DCH / MD / DNB in Pediatrics (Mandatory).
- Valid registration with Maharashtra Medical Council.
- Minimum 1–2 years of hospital experience preferred.
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
