- Search and identify relevant tender opportunities from government and private portals
- Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications
- Prepare and submit tender documents (technical & commercial bids)
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, legal, operations) for required inputs
- Ensure compliance with tender conditions, documentation, and deadlines
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, results, and follow-ups
- Handle online tender portals (e.g., GeM, e-procurement portals)
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing sheets
- Track tender status and manage post-submission clarifications
- Manage EMD, tender fees, and bank guarantees
- Develop relationships with clients/vendors for business opportunities
